Our Mission
Jesus Christ gave His Catholic Church the mission to evangelize the world when He told His apostles to “make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you,” as recorded in Matthew 28:19-20.
The specific mission of St. Martin of Tours Parish is to minister to Martinsville, Indiana, and the surrounding communities. All Catholics are part of this mission, and are called to act as Stewards of Christ both to the Martinsville community and to their parish community
